Had one side of the conservatory reserved for the wedding. The staff were super-helpful and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The canapés were excellent, and catered for the numerous vegetarians, vegans and children in the party. I enjoyed the very tasty sausage and mash, with a rich and delicious onion gravy.
It's only a 5 minute walk from Limehouse DLR station, so convenient too. Recommended for an enjoyable evening out.
Wonderful panoramic view over the Thames from Greenwich peninsula most of the way to Tower Bridge, especially good as the sun goes down. We were a party of 60 & the food was still excellent, which is an impressive achievement we all felt. Portions are small & arty, so probably not the place if you're genuinely hungry, but if you want a light meal in which every course is as good as you can ever imagine it being this is certainly worth a visit.
We had a private dining room and was served by Emmanuelle. He was a great host and accommodated all of our needs. It was refreshing having a waiter that engaged with the group. Would definitely come again and would recommend to those wanting a fancy menu at an affordable price.
I can't say enough good things about the Narrow. They hosted our party of 27 on the hottest day of the year (so far) and never once lost their cool. The food was excellent, the drinks ditto, and the boathouse was a perfect private place for us all to relax in.
My husband and I had our wedding here (in the Boat Room) and I must say we felt really special on that day! When we first saw the restaurant we loved it but thought it may be too expensive. Soon it turned out to be actually affordable! The manager, Stephanie, was incredibly helpful and understood what we want and need. On the day, the staff made everything the way we wanted and was extremely attentive with our guests! When it comes about the food we had, I really cannot say how delicious everything was! Overall we had a great experience at The Narrow and will definitely visit again!
