Meet Kelly, our newest member of the UK Easy Weddings team! She is bringing much-needed admin and customer service support for our growing business. We are very excited to have her join us and be part of our office.
What do you do at Easy Weddings?
I am part of the customer service team at Easy Weddings. My daily tasks range from building relationships with new suppliers, helping them understand their profiles to the completely different task of processing payments/invoices – a very varied role, meaning you’re never doing the same thing!
What did you do before you joined Easy Weddings?
I worked for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office for 3 years, so a complete change in industries! It was very much so a customer service based position which has stood me in good stead for this role.
What do you like best about working at EW?
It’s a fun, energetic company to work for! Everyone is friendly, helpful and always encouraging of new ideas.
What’s something fun we don’t know about you?
I lived in Barbados for 3 years when I was younger which was a really cool experience. Currently wishing I was sat on a sun lounger with a Pina Colada!
