We debuted our new Easy Weddings branding (see image above) with a giant, beautifully lit stand, complete with interactive stations, where newly engaged couples could play with our hit iPad app and peruse your supplier listings.
“We’ll be hitting the road a lot more this year,” says Ryan Jenkins, Easy Weddings’ National Sales Director.
“It’s important to meet as many suppliers and newly engaged couples as possible, so you’ll be seeing a much stronger Easy Weddings presence at expos, open days and various other industry events in 2014.”
“We were absolutely thrilled at the response we got at the expos from both brides and suppliers,” adds Ryan who, along with his team, worked 14 days straight and clocked up more than 24 hours each on their feet meeting hundreds of people at January’s three Melbourne expos.
“We’re at these events to raise Easy Wedding brand awareness among newly-engaged couples because this is a really effective way to grow Australia’s No.1 wedding brand and, in turn, increase exposure for our suppliers.”
Ryan says that more than 10,000 Easy Weddings bags were given away at the January expos and the results of a strong Easy Weddings presence were immediate with Easy Weddings traffic increasing immediately in the following days.
“The whole experience was a positive one,” he adds “It was a great networking opportunity and it was fantastic meeting so many of our clients face to face.
“The feedback was great and showed that we’re definitely on the right track. It’s going to be an exciting year for Easy Weddings and, therefore, for our suppliers and the Australian wedding industry in general.”
