When you think wedding gown, you probably don’t think of a mini! Instead, the words wedding gown conjures long, flowing, voluminous dresses draped in flounces and flowers, buttons and bows.
However, they’re hardly the only choice in wedding gown style and, if you’re a bride who likes to do things a little differently – or just aren’t into long, flowing gowns, a short wedding dress may be perfect.
Short wedding gowns are appearing increasingly among designer gown collections and, as such, brides looking for a shorter gown have plenty of choice in style, colour, cut and materials. And, of course, it’s completely up to the bride just how long – or short – you’re willing to go.
