OVERVIEW
When it comes to choosing your Wedding Photographer, I know it can be massively overwhelming with so many photographers out there to choose from! However, I think a good place to start is to decide on what style of wedding photography would really suit you.
So how can I help you? Well, I believe that I am one of the few Wedding Photographers in Lincolnshire that specialises in true Reportage Documentary Wedding Photography. Meaning my style is fun, relaxed and natural, nothing is staged and nothing is posed.
I don’t set up any shots or get you into uncomfortable 'cheesy' poses which is perfect if you’re a little camera shy allowing you to relax and enjoy your day.
I prefer to tell the story of your day through a series of pictures, capturing all the fun, emotion and beautiful moments at weddings.
Although I'm a wedding photographer based in Lincoln I'm also available to photograph weddings throughout the UK and destination weddings throughout Europe.get in touch!
About
So I'm Nick, originally from Liverpool and now living just on the outskirts of Lincoln with my partner and two crazy kids Beth & Pippa! I would say I'm a family man at heart and nothing makes me happier than getting a huge hug off my kids and having fun with them. So I would say my style of Wedding Photography is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to be bossed about by a photographer or placed into awkward cheesy poses but just wants to enjoy their day and have fun.

I like to think of myself as the complete opposite to a traditional cheesy wedding photographer. I don't tell you what to do, I won't take the same old boring portraits and I won't form you up into cheesy heart-shaped group shots, that's just not me! I get in amongst the crowds, try and act like a guest and chat with your family and friends. Im there to capture all the fun, excitement and emotion during your day and especially you and your family and friends having an awesome time.
My style is fun, relaxed and natural, nothing is staged and nothing is posed. I don’t set up any shots or get you into uncomfortable poses which is perfect if you’re a little camera shy or self-conscious allowing you to relax and enjoy your day.
If you want an unlimited package I’ll be there for the whole day arriving at least two hours before the ceremony and well into the evening, I don't leave straight after the first dance like some photographers who will then charge you more to stay into the evening and also some of the best images are taken when everybody has had a few drinks!!
If you would rather choose a half day package you will receive at least 6 hours of photography, usually from the ceremony up to the cutting of the cake.
After your wedding, all your final images will have been individually edited by me and you will receive a link to a sneak preview within a few days.
For a full day of unlimited photography, you will receive a minimum of 400 images (dependant on guest numbers) but there is no upper limit on the number you will receive if they are worth receiving you get them!.
Your final set of images will be available 4-8 weeks after your wedding, depending on the time of year, if not sooner. If you want them really fast I can do a 7-day turnaround for £150.
You’ll receive your photos via an online gallery, where you can view, share, download and even buy prints your pics or even better get your guests to buy them for you.
I certainly do but not all couples want them. If you do just be aware group shots can sometimes be a long drawn out process especially if couples want a lot and their guests get bored waiting for their photo and decide to disappear to the bar.
If you do require group shots please try and keep these down to a maximum of 8 groups in total. These are also done in a very relaxed way. I will not form you up into cheesy heart-shaped group shots etc, that's just not me!
Also if you can nominate a person (usually the best man) who is prepped with the list of groups to round up the guests that would help massively.
Yes if you want them I can do these also but I won't get you standing around posing for hours as a traditional photographer would. Instead, I will ask you to just either go for a walk together or go and stand in a certain location and just be yourselves whilst I capture some amazing photographs of just the two of you.
This also gives you time to get away from it all and have a little quiet time together for the first time as newlyweds.
