We’d like to say a big thank you for Radio Kings' performance at our wedding on 16th September at Temple Newsom Leeds. It seems like an age ago now but so many people commented on how amazing you guys were - the stand out moment for me was when there was a power cut and the brass took full advantage to show case their talent! A big thank you to Anthony and the other band members of Radio Kings for providing fantastic music. We had extremely positive feedback from many guests who said that they thoroughly enjoyed the upbeat variety of music and I hope this was also obvious with some of the wild dancing on the floor. Whole band are fab! Really detailed information prior to booking/really helpful throughout planning and perfect on the night! All our family and friends loved it, as did we! Good value for money - we almost doubled our original budget to go with Radio Kings Band and then to go for 6 piece rather than just 5 but was all worth it! More expensive than other bands out there but would definitely recommend! Every question answered in detail via phone/email! Loved it! The BEST day ever! We loved every minute of our day! Thank you!

We first bumped into Radio Kings Band at a wedding fair, and were really impressed when we later went to a showcase of theirs - hearing the band live before choosing gave us loads more confidence in them, compared to just hearing snippets of songs online. Neil, who was our main contact throughout the process, is brilliant. Professional, helpful and reassuring - just what you need when you’ve a million things to organise for your big day. Neil made us feel at ease every step of the way, and we felt we could trust him to put together an excellent set, which he really did. The band operate some planning online, where you get your own webpage to put up information like song requests, logistics, contact numbers etc., and we found it really useful to have all that info in one place where we could check and change things at a glance. Neil was fantastic for keeping in contact with us, and making time for our enquiries so we never felt out of the loop. The Radio Kings Band were absolutely professional on the day, completing their set-up and sound checks around the other things going on, and the performance was outstanding. It was so clear that our preferences, song requests etc., had been taken into consideration, and while we didn’t select every song in the set, we felt the overall performances were a near perfect reflection of the music we and our families love - a great mix of motown, soul, pop, and indie kept everyone dancing all night. Lastly, the band also sorted out the music between sets. We organized our own playlists and the band made sure that as soon as they were finished with a set, our playlists went on. Seems a small thing, but having a good flow to the live music and playlists, and being able to leave that in the hands of the performers ensured the whole evening entertainment ran smoothly.
