Coming from a background in music and graphic design, Emily started
Happyhills Cakes in 2008, initially learning the trade by baking for farmers markets and restaurants and quickly discovering an interest and talent for an artistic take on celebration cakes. The business has grown and gained a reputation for creative and original cakes, extra delicious with close attention to detail. Emily is especially inspired by contemporary design and loves to sculpt in cake and chocolate.
