I developed a passion for baking as a young child and have grown with a belief and love for using natural, unprocessed ingredients that are not just organic but in their most natural form and as close as possible to how nature intended them to be.

Wild and whimsical, elegant and chic, my cakes are individually designed to be unique and of exquisite quality, flavour and style, with a hint of magical charm.

Fayes-cakesNatural Wild flower honeys, finest Maple and Agave syrups, unbleached flours and the freshest organic dairy produce are combined with single origin and plantation chocolate couvatures which give the most delicious and indulgent finish and uncompromised flavour. I love to use beautiful natural floral decorations designed by one of Englands most incredible and creative florists and the beauty and style of my cakes speak for themselves.

My cakes are lovingly made to order from the heart of Cornwall and I am passionate to make each one extra special and the most beautiful it can be, for your most memorable of occasions.

I offer consultations by appointment, by phone or in person and can deliver my cakes within the south of England and Wales by arrangement.
