In ’73 Monsoon founder Peter Simon returned home having travelled extensively through exotic lands, with a vision inspired by treasured eastern craft traditions, vivid colours and rich fabrics.

For four decades, Monsoon designers have followed in his footsteps to the far corners of the world, celebrating global culture and fashion that speaks to women who dress with a sense of adventure.

Our philosophy remains the same today, we love creating clothes that celebrate your individuality and make dressing for the occasion more exciting.

We know our responsibility extends beyond your wardrobe, so we've been trying our hardest to live by our values and ethics since 1973.

Our aim is to ensure that every element of the Monsoon story reflects our values, from sourcing the finest materials to ensuring each supplier meets high ethical standards. In keeping with our bohemian roots, we support ethical design and traditional handicrafts while encouraging recycling in everything we do.

Through the Monsoon Accessorize Trust, we are helping to improve the lives of 10,000 women and children in Asia every year. We haven’t got all the answers but feel passionate about creating clothes that make you both look and feel good!
