Elliot Porter Music

Elliot is fab. He played for the whole day at our wedding in September - while guests were arriving, during the ceremony, 'cocktail hour' and during the reception. We asked a lot of Elliot, as we had a grand idea to do some piano karaoke in the evening, but had no idea how we could pull it off, but Elliot stepped up & completely blew us away. He suggested songs that generally got people singing along, songs from every genre and era, so that all guests would recognise something. He brought along a light box, uplighters, mic stands and amps, and just made the whole thing look super professional! It worked fantastically - we just provided lyric sheets, and despite having a list of 70 songs, Elliot still took requests for different songs! We're so thankful for everything he did, because it was the one element that could have fallen flat on its face, but with everything Elliot did (plus he's so approachable, and dealt well with slightly-more-than-tipsy guests), it made the whole evening a huge success. We've got some great memories of the whole day, and this was one of the highlights. We'd definitely recommend Elliot if you're looking for someone who will put all their effort into making your day/event go as well as possible!

From start to finish Elliot was the perfect professional. From the first enquiry when he provided links to videos so we could hear him play, as we were in the States and could not see him in person. He also provided an extensive play list for us to choose from; one that he was happy to add to or adjust depending what my daughter wanted. On the day Elliot was already ready and playing on our arrival making for the perfect atmosphere during pre lunch drinks and conversation. He provide perfect cocktail hour music. Elliot continued to play beautiful and perfect sets throughout the celebration. I can't recommend Elliot enough, beautifully played and appropriate music for any celebration. Elliot is also a very personable and friendly guy who deserves to be the next Ed Sheeran. It's just a pity that at these sort of events you don't get to sit down and listen to him with the total attention that he so deserves. I would book Elliot again in a heartbeat. Elliot Porter is a highly professional and incredible musician. He was a real pleasure to work with and liaise with over our wedding. He created his own version of a popular song we wished to have as our first dance, sending a sound bite to us in advance for us to check and then change if necessary (it didn’t need changing it was perfect!). Nothing was too much trouble and he made planning the entertainment so easy! On the day/evening, so many guests asked me who Elliot was as they were so impressed with the amazing quality of his performances. I can not recommend Elliot enough - our wedding would not have been anywhere near as perfect without him
