The order was exactly as described and arrived very punctually. We were very pleased with both the quality of the product and after sales. Website is very professional and the range of products very good. Communication was also excellent. I was able to order samples of favours to gauge size and quality. After placing my order I realised I had forgotten to order personalised tags, I rang to ask if I could add these to my order, which was not a problem at all. When our favours arrived they were well packaged and we were very happy with them.
