J.E. Davies & Son

For over a century, J. E. Davies & Son have been serving the local communities of Flintshire and the surrounding areas. This family-owned business is now in its fourth generation and is led today by Edward Davies, the great-grandson of the late J. E. Davies.

Edward gained his NAFD Diploma in the Funeral Service Profession. A well respected man both in the locality and in the funeral profession alike, Edward oversees every aspect of the business.

J. E. Davies & Son are now Flintshire's largest independent funeral directors, with seven branches in the local towns and villages. Each funeral home has dedicated staff who are there to take care of your enquiries and your every need.

At J. E. Davies & Son, we are very proud of our classic Daimler DS420 fleet of processional vehicles. These wonderful cars were built between 1968 and 1992 specifically as state limousines. No other car has ever been built specifically as a limousine and although they are now over twenty years old, they are still favoured in the Royal Mews and here in Flintshire.

J. E. Davies & Son now employ 25 local people to assist in all aspects of the business. They are all very proud to take part in providing a very personal service.
