Jackie has been making and decorating celebration cakes for over 25 years. She is very passionate about making individual cakes which bring smiles to the recipients face.

Jackie trained at the National Bakery School in London and, after several years working full-time as a Cake Decorator, went on to train as a Further Education Teacher with successful evening and Saturday schools.

Jackie's cake business is fairly unique, where she personally discusses, designs and produces the cake for each customer. Whether you are having a small birthday celebration, or a wedding for 200 guests, each cake is individually designed to your specification.

As we have been producing cakes for many years, our range and designs are constantly being added to, and each week brings new challenges, and cakes, requiring extended techniques and inspiring ideas.

The sky is the limit when working with sugar, and Jackie thrives on and thoroughly enjoys the diverse requests that we are asked to produce.
