Jenny's Cakes

Jenny's Cakes was started in 1986. The Bakery was constructed for Jenny in 1986 from the ruins of the traditional blacksmith's shop in the beautiful village of Crossford in Clydesdale.

Working from this architect-designed professional bakery, Jenny's Cakes has grown over the years into one of Scotland's leading Wedding Cake Bakeries.
(It's worth stating that our business is a professional working bakery, and NOT a factory, a shop or a domestic kitchen.)

Jenny has over THIRTY years of training and experience, including four years full-time study at Birmingham College of Food and Domestic Arts. 

As a small family business, our philosophy is to give time to each client, so that each wedding cake is designed 'Just for You'. We encourage clients to arrange a 'Tea and Tasters' consultation at the bakery, to taste some of our delicious cake flavours, and design their own cake (with the benefit of our experience and knowledge gained over 28 plus years.)

We limit our workload to ensure that we make each cake of the very highest quality. Jenny and Tom, the owners of Jenny's Cakes, are involved with all aspects of the bakery, from initial discussions right through to delivering and setting up your wedding cake on the big day. We have a great passion for our business, and we love to get to know each client and in that way make the experience of choosing a wedding cake one of the most fun and enjoyable parts of planning your wedding.
