Cakes By James

Cakesbyjames is a cake studio in Belfast, Northern Ireland, run by brother and sister team James and Dawn Watson. The family business specialises in wedding cakes and occasion cakes. James learned his trade in London, where he spent several years specialising in hand-painted bespoke wedding cakes and sugar fondant work. His creations were displayed in the windows of the renowned Selfridge's on Oxford Street, one of London’s busiest shopping districts. As a baker, James has worked in in Belfast, London, Sydney and Melbourne. Dawn is a former journalist with a long-held passion for baking. Her particular interest is flavour, and developing the unique cakesbyjames tastes.
