Wedding crashers aren’t usually invited to pose for photos with the bride and groom, but John Travolta is hardly your average wedding crasher!
The 59-year-old actor was in Georgia, US, renewing his pilot’s license when he bumped into a nice young couple at a local bar. Joking, the couple invited Travolta to their wedding, which was being held the next day – and he turned up!
Sporting a pair of jeans and a black t-shirt, Travolta swung past the hotel and posed for several photos with the newlyweds and their bridal party.
One of the groom’s friends posted the pictures on social sharing site reddit shortly after the big day saying, “My friend ran into John Travolta the night before his wedding, and he shows up the next day.”
It’s not the first time Travolta crashed a wedding (though technically, he was invited). Years ago, Travolta and Robin Williams, then relatively unknown actors, decided to pop into a wedding uninvited.
“We were having fun, starting to relax, when we saw there was a wedding next door,” Travolta told USA Today.
“We figured we’d crash it.”
Other celebrity wedding crashers include Katy Perry and Robert Pattinson.
