Giving a new meaning to the phrase ‘cake art’ is this spectacular, hand painted confection by Kuwait-based cake designer extraordinaire, Rilwan Zubair.

 It’s a simple, one-layer cake but it is painted so exquisitely, well, I’d be too scared to cut it, let alone eat it.
