It’s official. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are husband and wife!
The bride wore the beautiful, custom-made, pure white silk-satin Versace gown above and, along with her veil, her dress was adorned with drawings by each of the couple’s six children.
The groom, who hummed Here Comes the Bride as Angie walked down the aisle, opted for a suit from his closet and borrowed a tie from one of his sons because he forgot to pack his own!
A spokesman for the star couple has confirmed they were married on Saturday in the small chapel on their property, Château Miraval, located in the French town of Correns.
Brad, 50, and Angie, 39, married in a private, non-denominational ceremony attended only by 20 family members and close friends. In fact, the bride’s father and groom’s siblings are believed not to have been in attendance.
They exchanged handwritten vows with tears in their eyes as they read them out to each other.
All of the couple’s children took part in the wedding ceremony with their eldest sons, Maddox and Pax, walking the bride down the aisle. The couple’s daughters Zahara and Vivienne threw petals, while twins Shiloh and Knox served as ring bearers.
Pax even made the wedding cake.
“It was important to us that the day was relaxed and full of laughter,” the couple told PEOPLE and HELLO! magazines, which published exclusive pictures of the couple’s nuptials. “It was such a special day to share with our children and a very happy time for our family.”
The groom added, “They all took it very seriously. Knox practiced carrying coins and acorns on his little pillow before he got the ring.”
And, we later learned that, despite all the practice, at least one of the kids dropped the wedding rings, which probably only added to the wonderfully intimate nature of the Jolie-Pitt nuptials.

This is the second marriage for Brad, who married actress Jennifer Aniston in 2000. However, the couple divorced in 2005.
Angie, too, was previously married twice. She wed British actor Jonny Lee Miller in the late ’90s and, after obtaining a divorce three years later, she married Billy Bob Thornton, whom she remained married to for three years until 2003.
Brad and Angie became engaged in 2012 after seven years together. They met on the set of Mr and Mrs Smith in 2005.
Shortly after the super hush-hush nuptials, the family jetted off for a honeymoon in Nice.
They’re all currently in Malta shooting By The Sea, a film written and directed by the bride – and the second film the couple will star in together.
