I had organised for hot finger food to be served cocktail style. But prior to the party, my future mother in law said to me when we started organising the engagement party “can we have a chocolate fountain!” (she is a big kid at heart) and of course I thought that was an awesome idea!
But I didn’t stop it there, I started thinking if I have a chocolate fountain, what else can I have, and I decided to keep to the chocolate theme and have a full desert table.
I ended up with 2 x chocolate fountains, with strawberries & marshmallows for dipping, chocolate macaroons, chocolate peppermint slice, chocolate caramel slice, chocolate cheesecake pieces, chocolate peanut butter cups, and other chocolates as well as my white chocolate mud cake tower.
It was soo much fun and everyone was completely chocolated out by the end 🙂
