Planning one so close to Christmas has been a lot harder than I thought it would have been. There are so many things in a wedding that keep you busy and there are so many things at Christmas that need to be done, especially with us already having three children, that I really shouldn’t have put the pressure on myself to be in wedding mode over the Christmas break.
Everything I wanted to get done I haven’t done, everything I thought I would do I haven’t and now it is 7 weeks, if that, until the wedding I have so much to do.
If there is one thing that I can suggest to any other bride out there… do not count any-time near the holidays into your planning. Do not put that extra pressure on yourself. I should have cancelled the time out but it is ok because I have some great friends that are helping me pull it all together.
I have done so many DIY things and I haven’t even been able to post them here for you to see but I will it may just have to wait until after the wedding though
