We’re hoping it’s a case of third time lucky for mum-to-be Drew Barrymore who wed art consultant Will Kopelman in a vintage-inspired ceremony in the backyard of their $5.7 million Californian mansion on Saturday (June 2).
It’s the third marriage for Hollywood sweetheart Drew who is five months pregnant with the couple’s first child.
“Everyone we love and care about was there,” Drew told Who magazine. “It was as fun and meaningful as we could have hoped.”
Their rings and vows were exchanged in a simple Jewish wedding ceremony, which was witnessed by about 190 guests, including such A-listers as as Stephen Spielberg, Reece Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson and one of Drew’s besties, Cameron Diaz.
The 37-year-old bride “looked gorgeous in her gown,” said one guest. “She was completely relaxed and beautiful.”
Drew glowed in her pleated muslin and organza Karl Lagerfeld-designed Chanel gown which featured a ruffled collar. Given her new father-in-law is Arie Kopelman, former Chanel CEO, we’re not surprised!
“Drew and Will would not stop kissing,” a source told Who magazine. “They looked super-happy.”
The newlyweds partied late into the night, leaving at around 1:30am in a vintage Mercedes which whisked them off to the San Ysidro Ranch hotel for their wedding night.
