Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara, has married Magic Mike star Joe Manganiello, in an opulent wedding ceremony at the historic Breakers Palm Beach resort in Florida.
Sofia 43, and Joe 38, were married over the weekend in a lavish ceremony which set the couple back a cool $3 million US. Their wedding celebrations spanned over the course of three days with a rehearsal dinner the evening before the wedding, the elaborate ceremony, and a post-nuptial brunch the following day.
Sofia, who usually favours figure-hugging dresses on the red carpet, donned a lace-brocaded Zuhair Murad princess gown, which was custom made for her by the Lebanese designer.
She finished her glamorous fairy-tale look with a cascading bouquet of fresh Phalaenopsis orchids, glittering Lorraine Schwartz jewels, and her chocolate locks swept to the side. Her new husband Joe looked smart in a black John Varvatos suit and classic black bow tie.

The actor couple hired celebrity event planner Mindy Weiss to coordinate their elaborate affair, which was dripping in an extravagant display of fresh blooms, hanging centerpieces and descendant flower walls by celebrity florist Jeff Leatham.
The star-studded 400 plus guest list for Sofia and Joe’s wedding extravaganza including Sofia’s Modern Family co-stars Eric Stonestreet, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Ty Burrell, and Sofia’s Hot Pursuit co-star Reese Witherspoon.
Reese posted a sweet photo of her and Sofia celebrating at the wedding and captioned the image,
“When your gorgeous friend marries a gorgeous man at a gorgeous wedding… You get really excited!!!”
Sofia and Joe must have hosted one hell of a party because the thoughtful newlyweds enlisted the help of medical attendants the following day, so that hung over guests may be treated to re-hydrating IV’s.
The happy couple have since honeymooned at the the exclusive Parrot Cay Resort located at the Turks and Caicos in the northern Caribbean.
