It seems Kim Kardashian and her rapper beau, Kanye West, are officially man and wife.
Though the glamorous couple are gearing up for their super hush-hush, extravagant, multi-million dollar May 24 nuptials in Paris, reports indicate the couple married in a civil ceremony in California a few days ago.
The ceremony was small and intimate and was held to ensure the couple were legally married ahead of their French wedding in order to avoid any possible red tape or legal dramas.
If the reports are true, the civil ceremony is just the first of three Kim and Kanye will undergo, as French marriage law mandates two wedding ceremonies.
“A religious ceremony has to be performed after a civil ceremony, never before,” the French Embassy in Washington D.C. told RadarOnline.com.
