OVERVIEW

Sugar Design is a small exclusive cake design company based just outside Ely in the Cambridgeshire countryside.

Coming from a family of bakers, I believe that a cake should taste as good as it looks, absolutely delicious, and I am constantly trying new recipes,much to the delight of my taste testers!

My cakes are made from the finest ingredients and I cater for a variety of dietary requirements including gluten free and dairy free.

Flavours of cakes include fruit, chocolate, vanilla, lemon, clementine, coffee, coffee and walnut, coconut and special requests such as red velvet and white chocolate and fresh raspberry.

Cake tasting and consultations are complimentary.

Liz, my goodness your cake, (or should I say cakes!) completely blew us and our 250 guests away! To be able to crack one flavour is a skill but to be able to nail three very different ones is completely masterful. There wasn't a crumb left of your fruit, carrot or white-choc-raspberry sponge left. As for the design - it was absolutely perfect. You managed to fit with our outside, natural theme so well and we were so thankful for how easy you made it for us. Thank you for adding to our supremely happy occasion. Sue and Paul xx

I just wanted to say thank you for making such a exquisite cake for mine and Al's wedding, not only did it taste amazing but it was so beautiful. It was better than anything I could have imagined and I am a real perfectionist so I don't say that very often! In fact the staff at Hinchingbrooke said that it was the best wedding cake they had ever seen and they run 100's of wedding a year.

The wedding cake you done for our wedding was fabulous and the design was fantastic. All the sugar design decorations was exactly what we wanted and the 3 different flavour sponges tasted amazing. I would highly recommend you to others.
