Rachael and Ian were all about that personal touch for their classic elegant wedding on October 20, 2017.
The pair, aged 29 and 37 respectively, married at the Hard Days Night Hotel for its disability access and convenient location. “We had lots of personal touches to the day from the card box Ian made, the wooden ladder he restored to display family members wedding day pictures, and those who couldn’t be with us, to the quirky guest book featuring a caricature drawing of us both framed,” explains the bride. “We also wanted the day to be fun and memorable for our guests so had the caricature artist attend to draw guest pictures during the evening!”
Other touches included gifts like survival kits for guests, selfie sticks and a photobooth. “I had also hired a Mustang for Ian as a surprise to bring him to the venue,” smiles Rachael. “Ian loves his cars, especially the older classic cars, so I knew this would go down well. It was also on hand to take us for pictures in front of the Liver Building and Beatles Statues.”

The bride found her stunning gown at Natalie Ann Brides.
The couple created several personal touches for the event.
“An amazing day was had by all with the party continuing well into the early hours, with a sing along and dancing even after the DJ had finished at 1:00am,” recalls Rachael.
