Overview
Wentworth Woodhouse, the largest privately-owned house in Europe, is finally awaking from its slumber. Two houses of totally different architectural styles built by The First Marquess of Rockingham between 1725 & 1750, the west front of the house in the baroque style & the east front in the later palladian style.
Wentworth Woodhouse offers you one of THE finest event venues in the UK – wedding receptions, private celebrations & corporate events are all welcome, & the team at Dine Events have been working with Wentworth Woodhouse to ensure whatever the occasion, it will be special.
Wedding Receptions – you & your guests can access the house for photographs and the initial drinks reception before hosting the wedding breakfast in a marquee on the lawn, right outside the house.
Private & Corporate Events – as well as marquees, there is the option to host dinners (no dancing) in the main house from 10 – 300 guests.
