{"id":234684,"date":"2019-10-18T05:00:35","date_gmt":"2019-10-17T18:00:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/content.easyweddings.com\/uk\/real-weddings\/the-key-thing-this-bride-forgot-on-her-festival-wedding-day\/"},"modified":"2022-03-17T14:22:16","modified_gmt":"2022-03-17T03:22:16","slug":"the-key-thing-this-bride-forgot-on-her-festival-wedding-day","status":"publish","type":"uk-real-wedding","link":"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.co.uk\/real-weddings\/uk\/real-weddings\/the-key-thing-this-bride-forgot-on-her-festival-wedding-day\/","title":{"rendered":"The key thing this bride forgot on her festival wedding day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\">\u201cWhat rings?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bride Laura, 26, forgot to bring her wedding ring on their day of her festival wedding with Daryl, 29, in Northumberland. \u201cI borrowed my sister\u2019s ring for the ceremony and sent my bridesmaid, Daryl\u2019s sister, to break the news,\u201d laughs Laura of the June 15, 2019 event. \u201cLuckily he found the funny side to it and those who were in the know had a laugh throughout the ceremony and for everyone else the day went seamless.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The couple leaned on loved ones to help their day at Northside Farm come to life. \u201cThroughout the wedding we were conscious to make <a href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.co.uk\/articles\/wedding-hacks-that-will-save-your-day\/\">savings<\/a> on anything that was decorative or cosmetic to allow for extra budget on the bands and experience,\u201d explains Laura. \u201cFriends and family helped to make thousands of origami flowers and one friend provided my veil, crown and the all-important ice cream man.
