without relying on their parents.<\/p>\n<p>Snowflake at Potchefstroom in South Africa provided the ideal venue for that. \u201cWe could do everything ourselves, from getting cutlery and crockery to d\u00e9cor to caterers,\u201d explains Irma of the April 21, 2018 wedding. \u201cSnowflake is very industrial, it used to be a milling factory.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe saved a lot of money by doing most of the things ourselves \u2013 we had a lot of help from the bridal party and other family members \u2013 we are so blessed with the family and friends we have.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And even though the couple didn\u2019t have to rely on mum and dad, Irma\u2019s mum\u2019s many talents didn\u2019t go untapped for the big day! \u201cShe did the flowers for the entire wedding, she made the material napkins on the tables, the bunting flags for the outside ceremony, the flower girls\u2019 dresses, the bridesmaids\u2019 outfits and she made my wedding dress,\u201d explains the bride.<\/p>\n<p>The couple invited 120 loved ones, who they credit for making the wedding so <a href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.co.uk\/articles\/relevant-wedding-traditions\/\">memorable<\/a>. \u201cWe loved every moment of our wedding \u2013 all the hard work and preparation months before the wedding is part of the memory and we would not change a thing if we could have it over \u2013 it was perfect,\u201d
