{"id":222497,"date":"2018-06-12T00:33:05","date_gmt":"2018-06-11T14:33:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/content.easyweddings.com\/uk\/real-weddings\/becca-adam-incorporate-things-love-relaxed-vintage-wedding\/"},"modified":"2022-03-17T12:48:12","modified_gmt":"2022-03-17T01:48:12","slug":"becca-adam-incorporate-things-love-relaxed-vintage-wedding","status":"publish","type":"uk-real-wedding","link":"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.co.uk\/real-weddings\/uk\/real-weddings\/becca-adam-incorporate-things-love-relaxed-vintage-wedding\/","title":{"rendered":"Becca and Adam incorporate things they love in relaxed vintage wedding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\">Becca and Adam brought their love of rustic charm to a historic Bath venue for their relaxed vintage wedding.<\/p>\n<p>The couple, from Wiltshire, fell in love with the Tythe Barn at Priston Mill because of its gorgeous gardens and\u00a0beautiful interior.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We chose October as we both love autumn and love the golden light you get in the evenings at that time of year,&#8221; Becca, 29, says.<\/p>\n<p>When it came to their October 6, 2017 relaxed vintage wedding, Becca and Adam, 28, did most of the planning and venue decor themselves, incorporating the things they love for the celebrations with 100 guests.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We didn\u2019t have a specific theme or colour scheme, we just chose what we liked and it ended up with a relaxed vintage feel,&#8221; Becca says.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The centerpieces were vintage books from charity shops, teacup candles (made by myself and two friends) and recycled jars with a few flowers. Adam made the table numbers with<br \/>\nold vinyl records and we both made the table plan with a piece of MDF, blackboard paint and chalk pens. The team at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.co.uk\/DressDesigners\/Somerset\/KrystleBrides\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Krystle Brides<\/a> came to the rescue, picking out a style the bride never thought she would choose. &#8220;But I was so happy with it,&#8221; Becca says. &#8220;The lace and embellished neck detail was so beautiful.&#8221; Her &#8220;something blue&#8221; were a beautiful pair of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.easyweddings.co.uk\/WeddingShoes\/LondonCity\/RachelSimpson\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rachel Simpson<\/a> heels she spotted very early in the the Bath hospital.\u00a0&#8220;He claims he used to make excuses to chat to me in work but it wasn\u2019t until we started chatting properly at a New Year&#8217;s party we that bonded over him making
