Making their wedding day unique was a top priority for Stacie and Luke, both aged 28.
The groom being an artistic type definitely came in handy for that. “Luke designed all the stationery and signs, from the menus and colouring books for the children to the labels on the limoncello wedding favours,” explains the bride. “By placing custom made popcorn bags on the chairs during the ceremony along with water colour prints of our wedding party, we ensured that our day was unique from the second the guests took a seat.”
Their venue The Bell in East Sussex has plenty unique features of its own, including trombones re-purposed into urinals. “The second we stepped foot inside we knew this was going to be where we got married,” recalls the bride. “After the ceremony our guests gathered down stairs, standing either side of a long sunken table topped with a red carpet as we entered for our confetti walk, our groomsmen and bridesmaids were armed with confetti canons, showering us as we walked down.”

The bride purchased her stunning gown with lace train from Champagne and Confetti.
“Matt blended in perfectly with our wedding and we barely noticed him as he captured beautiful candid photos of our guests,” Stacie says of their photographer.
“We wanted a fun relaxed atmosphere and achieved this by allowing our guests to explore the venue and grounds, gathering outside for cocktails that we had created,” says the bride.
“Our day was subtly themed, well designed and beautifully executed to ensure the whole event from the save the dates to the cake itself all tied together,” describes Stacie.
