Smooth sailing: Luciana and Chris celebrate romantic wedding

Their meeting may not have been a fairy tale, but their wedding day was.

At least that is how bride Luciana, 35, describes her romantic wedding day with Chris, 28, marrying on May 18, 2018 with 66 guests in the day and another 50 in the evening.

“I’d love to say it was a fairy tale meeting but we met in a bar over a few drinks through a friend of a friend and the rest as they say is history,” laughs the bride.

But fast forward a few years and their wedding at Fairyhill in Swansea was everything they dreamed it to be. “Everything we had envisioned and spent months planning came to life and was everything we could have wished for,” smiles Luciana. “We wanted a small intimate ceremony followed by one hell of a party afterwards with all our family and friends and it didn’t disappoint.”

The highlight of the evening, Luciana says, was receiving a message from Bonnie Tyler! “Total Eclipse of the Heart is my go-to song, and we even had it as our first dance.”

Champagne Wedding Cars escorted the bride to her ceremony.

“Everything ran seamlessly from beginning to end, even the sun played ball,” explains the bride.

“The ring was perfect, he’d had it designed for me,” the bride says of her engagement ring.
