With a career in the wedding industry, Rosie made it her mission to create something incredible for her and Scott’s own special day on May 12, 2018.
The Reading pair wed before 160 guests at Trunkwell House Hotel in Berkshire — the venue where Rosie worked and where she and Scott, 43, first met years prior.
“We wanted our wedding to wow guests as a lot of them work in the wedding and events industry,” says the bride, 31. “It was nice to organise my own wedding after organising them for others for the past eight years I’ve been at the venue.”
Rosie took inspiration for their enchanted forest wedding from the cherry blossom wedding scene in popular teen romance film, Twilight.
“We transformed our marquee with beautiful six-foot blossom trees and an eclectic collection of gold ornaments hidden around the venue.
“It was the most amazing day and we had amazing suppliers who pulled out all the stops to make it ‘extra’ as my sister put it.”

Lovers of Jordan trainers, Rosie and Scott made a point to include their collection in the venue decor.
Hair Design & Makeup by Michelle created Rosie’s traditional bridal up-do.
As a surprise for her groom, Rosie organised a 20-minute helicopter ride over their hometown, Reading.
“We met, fell in love and married at our venue — Trunkwell House Hotel.“
