Wedding photographers Cally Weeks and Chris Turner have seen their fair share of nuptials, so they knew exactly what they were looking for when it came to their big day.
The Solihull, West Midlands couple opted for a vintage wedding with plenty of surprises, including confetti cannons, a temporary tattoo station and a caricaturist.
“We planned our wedding in just 13 weeks because we’re very last-minute and once we have an idea we just get it done and dusted!” Cally, 25 says.
“The timing was just right for us and the day turned out to be more than perfect.”
Cally and Chris, 28, wed at The Warren in Bromley on October 29, 2015 in front of 70 friends and family. Later, 150 guests joined in the reception celebrations, held at the same grand Kent venue.
The rain may have came down, but that didn’t spoil the big day, and the bride and groom ensured there was plenty of indoor entertainment, including a Mr and Mrs game show and a magician.
And even though they have been to plenty of weddings, the couple were surprised how quickly their big day went.
“We are so excited to spend our lives together and and allow our love to grow year after year.”

Cally teamed her gorgeous gown with heels from Rachel Simpson.
In homage to Chris’ other job as a police officer, Cally arrived to the wedding in style in a replica New York City police car.
“I’m looking forward to many years of Chris’ poor jokes and hilarious practical jokes,” Cally says of married life.
Marks and Spencer provided the couple’s delicious wedding cake, complete with custom-made flamingo cake toppers from Etsy.
Wedding entertainment was a highlight of the day. Guests were kept busy with live music, a temporary tattoo station and a Mr and Mrs-themed game show.
