New York groom Oliver wanted to propose to girlfriend Rosemary in the most romantic way possible, so he pulled out all stops.
There were roses. There were candles. There was even a harpist – and an ombre rose petal aisle! Thankfully, Rosemary said ‘Yes!’ – with a tear or two in her eye.
