If your date is not too close for this we travel to see you to discuss your plans and how you would like us to work. For Church weddings we like to attend your rehearsal

We like to be familiar with your venues before the day of the event and reassure those people conducting the ceremony that we won't get in the way (there is more about this here). The camera positions we use are with the permission of the officiant.

We are flexible about times and locations for the recordings. You've got enough stress,- we don't want to add to it! Typically, we arrive two hours before the ceremony and leave at around 21:00.

We use your choice of music and can incorporate your own pictures or video into the final product: for example, some Best Men show PowerPoint presentations or Video. We purchase a P.R.S. licence to cover the use of copyright music on your discs.

We give you an area of our website so that you know how things are going (see example here) and an area which you can use to upload material to us or download anything you need.

If you would like this we can "theme" your wedding video to make it more distinctive: we enjoy helping with this and can make use of special titling, audio and effects to make it happen. For example, one couple wanted a film theme, another an Autumn Leaves theme. Our titling can harmonise with the colours you have chosen for your event.
