At Holiday Inn Bexley, we specialise in hosting wedding celebrations and offer a dedicated wedding facilitator to help you plan and meet your individual needs.

Here at the Holiday Inn London Bexley, we provide a unique setting for your Wedding day.

Our Academy comprises of varied size function rooms allowing us to cater anything from small and intimate post-wedding meal, to a large fun-fuelled evening wedding reception, and anything in between

We are licensed venue and can hold up to 90 guests for civil ceremonies and same-sex marriages. We can seat 90 guests for the wedding breakfast in our Black Prince Suite and up to 70 in our Edwards Suite. Our Academy we can hold up to an enormous 250 guests across both suites for a remarkable evening reception

Our skilled team of chefs can prepare a variety of delicious, freshly prepared dining options specific to your special day from our extensive menu selection.

We work with a trusted team of venue decorators and suppliers who will endeavor to ensure that no detail is overlooked. For the added benefit, everything can be arranged via the Holiday Inn, from chair covers and sashes in your colour theme to our in house DJ with his disco lights and portable dance floor!

Our variety of valuable packages on offer, alongside the opportunity to customise your own wedding brings everything together all in one venue.

Our experienced and knowledgeable wedding coordinators are ready and on hand to meet with you and discuss your many ideas and requirements to help you to plan every last perfecting detail.

We had the most wonderful stay and the wedding was amazing!! The staff here go above and beyond, truly wonderful people. Our family are so thankful to each and every one of those. Ondrej cooked us some amazing meals, including our wedding breakfast, waiting staff Aneta, Susan and the rest of the girls worked tirelessly to serve us and always with a lovely smile on their faces. Becky the wedding coordinator was superb. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts xx

We chose here to have our wedding reception last year and couldn't fault anything. Becky was and is amazing and is excellent at her job as wedding coordinator. Nothing was too much trouble and she had everything under control. All of the staff helped make our special day go without a hitch. We then returned for our free anniversary meal which was personalised and the food was amazing. Becky even popped in on her day off to say hi. We would like to thank you all for the great service we received.

We recently had our wedding ceremony, wedding breakfast and reception at this hotel and everything was superb. First we'd like to thank Becki, the hotel's event organiser. We chose the venue on meeting Becki, who's professionalism and passion for her job shone through and made us both confident that the day would be a success. The whole day ran like clockwork. Our guests were made to feel so welcomed by all of the staff. Another special mention to Susan but everybody was brilliant, the staff on reception, the man who moved the dance floor for us twice, the waiting staff who where so efficient. All spot on. The food was served expertly and the to the correct diners. The food itself was perfect and our guests were very impressed by the quality. We had family and friends staying for the weekend and all totally enjoyed their stay. We were in an Executive Room, which had a huge bed, good sized flat screen TV and was a perfect size for all the coming and goings that happen when a Bride is preparing to get married. Becki was there throughout the day, which gave us even more confidence that all would go well. She and her staff had a long day but never lost their smiles. Thank you All for making our day go so well.
