This hidden gem lies in a secluded waterside location and is only 15 miles from London. Approached via a long driveway through the Gardens of Coltsford Mill Estate, the Watermill Barn is a new oak-framed barn designed to be in harmony with The Mill Room and Mill Cottage, creating a unique blend of old and new.

Coltsford Mill has beautiful natural gardens, lakes and cascade pools. As you approach the venue down the long driveway, you may catch a glimpse of swans and other wildlife on the large lake. The Mill Room provides a unique and intimate setting for your civil or partnership ceremony. The original watermill workings are illuminated behind glass creating a focal point for your exchange of vows.

The Bar area is stylish and modern and has leather easy chairs and panoramic views of the Gardens for your guests to enjoy with their refreshments before and after the ceremony. The adjoining Watermill Barn is light and spacious for your wedding breakfast and evening reception and has its own terrace overlooking cascading pools and a fountain.

The Mill Cottage is available to the wedding couple on the day and night of your wedding. Comfortable and conveniently situated, it makes a wonderful base for you on the day. Once the festivities are over you will not have to go far to retire to your own private honeymoon cottage retreat.
