Here at The Best Western Brook Hotel Felixstowe we have business meeting facilities and equipment available, either in our Orwell Room - a function room which can accommodate up to 50 persons with fully flexible seating arrangements, or in our main function room for larger events.

From small meetings to presentations or corporate dining, we can accommodate a range of events. We also offer a series of Business Lunch Packages if you require.

We are licensed for the solemnisation of civil weddings and we can offer a complete wedding day package to suit your requirements. Let our in-house wedding co-ordinator arrange your perfect wedding including a a whole host of other services such as musicians, disco, car hire, photographer, flowers or a Toastmaster.
In addition, for your honeymoon night as a thank-you for your booking we offer free use of our special honeymoon suite and room service breakfast.
