St Ermin’s Hotel

We had our special day in February 2015 and couldn't of asked for anything more. We initially dealt with Gemma who helped us go over the finances and the contract. We then dealt with Alex (Alessandra) who helped with the logistics and any questions we had. Thanks to Alex our day ran impeccably and she made it as stress free as possible. She answered my call or email any day or time. The food on the day was amazing and we had such great feedback from our family and friends.The venue sells and speaks for itself. The huge staircase and the beautiful ceilings were a massive talking point throughout and after our day. The evening room came alive in the evening and we never thought as many people could fall in love with our venue as much as we did. Thank you so much to everyone that helped make our day as amazing as it was. I can't wait to go back and celebrate our first anniversary at such a unique London hotel.

Our wedding day was such a lovely and amazing day thanks to the professionalism of the staff at St Ermin’s. We had family flying in from all over the world, so we were eager to host a classy and exciting experience for our guests. Prior to our wedding, we met with the staff several times to discuss several ideas. We were given honest guidance on pricing and suppliers and at no time were we pressured to go along with the hotel’s supplier. The staff responded to our requests promptly and were very accommodating with our last minute requests. My team co-ordinating the wedding was given access to the venue the day before and the catering staff were so courteous in providing their equipment and ensuring the sweet treats were prepared and set up perfectly. On our wedding day St Ermin’s staff set up a well organised and picturesque event. The food was delicious, the lights created the right ambiance and the décor was exquisite. The staff ensured our guests were comfortable throughout the reception and our suppliers and entertainment was well coordinated. We had an amazing experience before and during our wedding with St Ermin’s. The day after the wedding our décor was well packed for us, all we had to do was put it all in our car. The staff at St Ermin’s make all the difference as they are with you every step of the journey from start to finish. This venue is also very very beautiful and it is right in the heart of central London. If any couple is thinking about going for this venue, just go for it you will not be disappointed.

Gorgeous wedding venue, it's classy, sophisticated and high-end, without the snobbery or rudeness that you can sometimes experience in places so lovely. The restaurant is INCREDIBLE and the staff are SO friendly, especially the concierge. There's just something magical about this hotel. It's calm, relaxing, beautifully designed, nothing bad to say about this place. I would say it's good value for money, I mean it's pricey, but this is right in the heart of Westminster. It's a quiet and beautiful little place tucked away from the madness of London. The beekeeping is yet another unique feature and it's stooped in British history.

Our wedding day was held here and it was just phenomenal, the organisation skills of the staff (especially our wedding coordinator Anna!) were just spectacular, everyone was made to feel welcome and they really couldn't do more for us or our guests. the rooms were clean and decorated to a very high standard. and the reception and grounds were kept in fantastic condition, the grand staircase were ideal for our photos. the main hall is breathtaking with the huge chandelier and mezzanine. I highly highly highly recommend the St Ermins hotel!

We would like to say a huge thank you to the team at St. Ermin's for ensuring our very important day went to plan. Before the 25th July, Anna, who was coordinating the event, was extremely helpful liaising with our wedding planner(my Mum) and me. On the day Anna made sure her team was on hand to assist with the schedule. The Champagne Reception was excellent on the balcony with everyone enjoying the sunshine and the wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Our wedding breakfast was cooked to perfection, receiving many compliments from our guests. It really was as good as the tasting session! Guests were enthralled with the beautiful Crystal Ballroom and its amazing chandelier, everything looked beautiful. The St.Ermin’s team adapted the ballroom for the evening entertainment where everyone danced till 1pm, tired but happy.We can definitely recommend St.Ermin’ Hotel as a wedding venue, clean and smart with lovely seating areas, a great balcony and that wonderful courtyard. Thanks again to Anna and the team for making our day so memorable.
