We had our wedding ceremony and reception here. I could not fault the hotel in any way - the day was perfect from start to finish. Staff were great (especially Suzanne Jamieison the wedding co-ordinator, who really looked after everyone, and organised everything perfectly). The wedding room was set up beautifully, food for both the wedding breakfast and evening reception were excellent. We stayed overnight and the room we had was lovely. Breakfast next morning was also great - hot cooked breakfast and also continental items available. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wedding, or a stay in Liverpool (it is in a great location right next to Lime Street train station and just a few minutes walk into the city centre.

I had my wedding here in August 2015. What a perfect day from start to finish! The staff really go out their way to make sure every little detail is as you request it. Even in the planning stages a member of staff (Ellie) made sure she was available whenever possible to meet up and share ideas, make notes and just generally be nice and reassuring that everything would be possible. Perfect! The penthouse was fabulous also!
