My partner and I emailed The Refinery 2 weeks before our wedding after being let down at the last minute by a different venue. The staff at The Refinery responded immediately and with only 2 weeks, they planned a wedding for 100 people. The planning and preparation leading up to the wedding was made extremely easy and enjoyable by the staff. They are clearly experienced, knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. The day was exceptional, it went incredibly smoothly, the food and drinks were outstanding and the service from ALL staff was incredible. The venue looked stunning, it had been set up exactly as we had requested, with some extra special touches like hot water bottles and blankets by the door for the smokers outside (it was a January wedding) something we had not thought of. I cannot think of any mistakes, any complaints or any suggestions for improvement at all. Our wedding was better than we ever could have hoped for and this is down to everyone at The Refinery. All of the staff were very polite, lovely and brilliant at what they did. Everyone had a brilliant day and I cannot thank The Refinery enough or recommend them highly enough. We will definitely be going back for dinner and drinks in the future.

We held our wedding reception at The Refinery on Saturday and it was outstanding. The venue looked cool, the food was awesome and the staff were all amazing. Jessica was a huge help all the way through. Highly recommend this place.

The guys were absolutely amazing! There was 24 of us and the food was delicious and a generous portion size, drinks were always topped up, and the live music just topped it off - a beautiful singer and a guitarist! I can't recommend this place enough, everyone should visit! Thank you so much for making it an amazing afternoon.

We had a wonderful wedding day in a beautiful relaxed atmosphere. Our guests told us they also had a great time, loving the venue, food and service provided by the Refinery staff. The staff team were warm, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. We had absolutely no worries on the day as everything was taken care of. Planning the day was also straight forward with the Refinery Team. They offered useful suggestions while also supporting and accommodating our wishes for the day. An outstanding day, great people, would recommend without hesitation – Thank you very very much!
