Alcott Weddings

When I got engaged, I had a very particular (or fussy) picture in my mind of what my wedding looked like. I wanted a view, a relaxed vibe, rolling hills and animals frolicking in the background... We looked at so many venues but Alcott Farm was the one that finally ticked all the boxes! Our day was simply perfect. The views stunned our guests. They couldn't believe we were only minutes from Birmingham! We really couldn't have dreamed of anything more. The sun even managed to shine! Big thanks to Lucy too for arranging the lovely Grant! I would recommend Alcott Farm to anyone! It's such a special place for any couple wanting something unusual that they and their guests will never forget.

Pete and I couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding. Lucy was awesome from start to finish and helped us make everything to be as special and memorable as we wanted it to be. So many of our guests commented on what a great wedding it was from the beautiful setting to how we had the freedom to match our personalities with the outdoor wedding we always wanted, but didn't think this was possible! We can't thank you enough to we found everything completely stress free! Thank you for the most memorable memories that we and our guests have!

Great picturesque spot and blank canvas to do what you want in a lovely setting Handy and practical with car parking and accommodation at the B&B Lucy was amazingly helpful and really friendly and flexible Very hard to get taxis so make sure you plan in advance to avoid stranded guests.

We first saw Alcott Farm at their wedding fair in 2014, from the moment we stepped onto the field and saw it beautifully decorated with tipi’s and hay bales we knew it was the perfect place to hold our wedding. We wanted somewhere that could provide an outdoor space to hold our festival themed celebration, to play games, to camp, and to dance the night away, what we didn’t expect was somewhere so perfect so close to home and in the Midlands! Lucy made us feel so welcome from the start, from letting us come to visit to show our families, to her amazing ideas and contacts for suppliers. Lucy helped us with the Tipi supplier, Caterer, bell tents, hay bales, security and even managed to help us find a hair dresser and nail artist at the last minute! We were completely reassured by Lucy that our day would be as perfect as we hoped, she kept in contact throughout our whole planning experience, and was happy to receive a panicked phone call when required (though thankfully not too often)! On the weekend of our wedding Lucy and her team were amazing, Lucy kept her eye on everything to ensure that the field transformed into our festival dream! And what a transformation, the rolling fields and scenic lakes create the most beautiful backdrop! Everyone at Alcott made us feel relaxed and excited, the B&B at Alcott was such a bonus, allowing those not convinced by camping to stay with us all and join in the whole evening of celebrations! We would absolutely recommend Alcott Farm as a destination for anybody looking for an outdoor and fun wedding! Lucy’s enthusiasm is infectious and the team at Alcott went out of their way to ensure that our wedding day exactly as we had hoped.
