Seating space for up to 120 guests or 300 buffet style. For numbers in excess of this, a marquee can easily be accommodated within the grounds.

We were passing and decided to pop in! The pre-wedding meeting helped us to order our day, all meetings and correspondence that we had prior to our wedding were very professional and also very helpful. Twelve were excellent throughout; they accommodated our requests without any hassle. The proximity of the house to the venue was impressive, it was great that we could have the night before the wedding at the house as well; it meant we could turn the wedding into a weekend with our friends & family. We especially liked the fact we did not have to travel or organise cars for the Saturday morning. The hall and the Manor were fantastic and really worked for what we wanted. We loved that the grounds are enclosed and truly private.

I have always loved the venue; it was the only one we viewed as we knew instantly it was the venue for us. Mel was amazing she answered all of our questions on the run up as well as on the day itself. We could not fault the food or the service; everything was followed including the dietary requirements. The proximity of the house to the venue impressed us the most, we loved that all our friends and family could all be together the night before the wedding to start the celebrations early. There is nothing more that you could have done to improve the experience, overall a fantastic weekend.

I stayed at the Breck apartments the night before my wedding and the night of my wedding. There were 6 of us in apartments 10 and 12. They are really lovely inside and decorated to a high standard. There are different access doors and it was lucky that ours turned out to be in the same block. If you are in a party and booking a couple of apartments you may want to book. You get lots of lovely Ren products in the bathroom and tea, coffee, bread, milk etc in the kitchen. The beds were comfy and it was a real treat to stay over my wedding. The staff were really helpful if you needed them. We did find that there wasn't enough space to put clothes away so we had to leave items in suitcases. You could hang items up but there was no drawers. I would def stay again though - it was a lovely treat for my wedding.

Our friends recommended the venue to us and we were completely happy with all aspects of the venues. We had the whole day, at the Great Hall. The staff were really friendly & polite. Twelve were fabulous caterers and the food was amazingly yummy. The bar staff provided great service and there was a lot of drinks to choose from. The manor house is honestly just amazing we wanted to move in! The kitchen, dining and living space is so modern but it still works with the rest of the house and the gardens were beautiful. We would definitely recommend it to any wedding party.

Quite simply cant recommend Breck Apartments high enough & cantwait to stay again. Nothing hadnt been thought of, the staff are exceptional from everything from the initial booking to meet & greet. We stayed in the Hambleton Suite which was just beautiful & ideally located just a stones throw away from the local restaurants & nightlife. Thankyou for playing a part in making our wedding incredibly special.
