Hosting your wedding at RSA House is akin to taking a trip back in history. The graceful Georgian architecture, large windows and original sweeping marble staircase transport you back to a time of lavish festivities and beautiful surroundings, and the wedding venue’s secret underground spaces are enchanting for your guests to discover. RSA House is set in the heart of the city steps from one of London’s most notorious streets, The Strand, and is only a stone’s throw from iconic London landmarks such as the London Eye and River Thames. The Victoria Embankment Gardens are an equally short walk from the venue and offer stunning backdrops for the wedding couple’s photographs no matter what the season.

At RSA House, wedding ceremonies and dinners can take place in the splendid Great Room where a series of vast mural paintings encircle the room and a domed glass ceiling pours floods of natural light in. The Benjamin Franklin Room is a more intimate room on the ground floor with four elegant columns and Adam fireplaces framing the space, perfectly suited to drinks receptions after the wedding ceremony. The versatile space features a window the length of the room with views over The Strand and a commissioned Troika chandelier that reflects geometric patterns onto the ceiling.

Nestled below RSA House is a series of interconnecting rooms that make up The Vaults. With exposed brickwork and playful arching ceilings, The Vaults at RSA House adapt effortlessly to almost any wedding theme and are a stylish and atmospheric underground space to kick-start the wedding party.

Across from The Vaults, a characterful underground cinema has been installed, featuring the original road leading down to the River Thames beneath the plush theatre seats. It’s a brilliant break out space for children to watch their favourite films whilst the adults sip on cocktails and dance the night away in The Vaults. With an unrivalled central London location and the series of delightful architectural features, RSA House is uniquely placed to host an unforgettable wedding day.

We had a lovely day and fantastic experience with the RSA and our Wedding coordinator. Any enquiries were swiftly answered and I was able to visit on multiple occasions in the run up to the day. The ability to have the whole building made for a lovely day of transitions through the venue as the day progressed. The quality of the food was excellent and the professionalism of the venue and all the staff were perfect.

We recently held our wedding at the RSA and had the most wonderful day! The venue is amazing, perfect for a city wedding, and the different rooms and atmosphere for different parts of the day worked so well! Our guests absolutely loved the canapes, the dinner, the beautiful dining room, and the vaults for an amazing nightclub feel for the DJ and the party. Silvia looked after us so well through the whole process, which given it was organised through COVID and we had lots of worries / questions, was so so appreciated. She is so lovely to work with and made sure everything went so smoothly, nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend this venue for anyone that wants a truly memorable venue for a London wedding!

Thank you to the whole RSA team again for all your fantastic help to organise our wedding! We loved every minute. The RSA is really unique because it offers such a variety of spaces. Some are traditionally elegant and beautiful whilst others are very contemporary which gives great flexibility that wasn’t offered by any other venues we visited. The central London location was brilliant as were the whole RSA team who took care of everything! We didn’t find planning our wedding difficult or stressful at all meaning it was a really enjoyable process for us. Also the food is amazing! We had canapés, a three course wedding breakfast and the European market stall in the evening and our guests raved about everything. The house wines were also delicious and very, very drinkable... The service was excellent throughout and the team took any stress out of the planning process which meant we could really enjoy organising our wedding! Olivia in particular was great because she’s super organised and professional but also just a lovely person!

RSA House is a brilliant central London venue with excellent rooms and amazing, attentive staff. Any last minute changes to the timings of our day were catered for really quickly and the food we had for lunch was very good. We were in the Tavern Room which is a great room and has a brilliant view of the streets of London. There is a small lounge area outside the room which was ideal for us. Overall ourselves as the organisers and the people who attended were impressed with the look and feel of the room and venue and we will definitely be back to RSA House again.

The RSA managed to get that perfect balance of utmost professionalism whilst being approachable and friendly. The food was astounding and the fact there are two separate areas for dining and dancing makes it a very special venue. We loved it as did all our guests.

The Franklin Room was absolutely beautiful for our special day. They took all the stress away from us and coordinated so well with our photographer, opening up the top floors so we could get our group shots. They were very accommodating, we highly recommend.

A beautiful and classic venue, with a selection of amazing rooms to choose from for the wedding, with the Great Room and the Gainsborough mural being outstandingly stunning. The food was absolutely amazing- so many of our guests commented on how tasty it was. The event organiser was very helpful and great at communicating with us. We had such an amazing day, one we will remember.
