OVERVIEW

The Royal Over-Seas League is one of London's most unique Private Members clubs, offering graceful elegance, grandeur and comfort suitable to every type of occasion.

Adjoining Green Park in the heart of London’s West End, ROSL is an ideal central London venue with shops, restaurants, theatres, major attractions and transport links within easy reach.

This Grade I listed building is ideal for everything from a small syndicate workshop to major conferences, corporate celebrations, spectacular exhibitions, private dinner parties, birthdays and memorable wedding receptions.

ROSL has an eclectic collection of meetings and event rooms and styles from period rooms with exquisite views over Green Park to our newly refurbished Princess Alexandra Hall. Seven meeting and function rooms are available, with the largest accommodating up to 250 guests whilst others seat between 2 and 50 people.

The Royal Over-Seas League is a Commonwealth private membership organisation with a long history of welcoming diplomats, travellers, writers, artists and business people to work, relax and exchange ideas: The ideal meeting venue in central London.

Every stage of our wedding at ROSL was perfect. From the beginning the team were exceptionally friendly and helpful and supported us in planning every aspect of our reception. They were so committed to ensuring the whole day went as we had discussed - we knew we were in very safe hands! The team had so many helpful and imaginative ideas for the day and were so flexible and accommodating. On the day itself the venue looked spectacular. The sun shone and the garden looked so beautiful. All our guests commented on how wonderful it was to enjoy time in ROSL's "oasis" in the centre of St James's! When it came to our wedding breakfast the food was fantastic and the waiting staff were very helpful and professional and the evening went without a hitch. We are so happy that we chose ROSL as our reception venue. It is a beautiful building with a stunning garden and very versatile event spaces all within a minutes' walk of Green Park.

We feel so lucky to have found the ROSL for our wedding in June 2015. Having our ceremony in the elegant Drawing Room was an incredible way to start the day. The newly refurbished garden was just perfect for the canapé reception and provided a beautiful back drop for our photos. The blue hues of the Princess Alexandra Hall created a lovely ambience for the evening events. All of our friends have told us that they absolutely loved the venue. Lilla and Sylwia could not have done more for us. From the tasting session right through to coordination with our band, they made everything so much easier for us. They really went out of their way to ensure that our day was perfect, and we are very grateful that they supported us in a professional yet genuinely friendly and personalised way. We had the most amazing wedding day at the ROSL and as new members, we are very much looking forward to coming back soon!
