Well done and thank you to all the staff and management, from opening the doors on arrival, assisting with the setup, to the final goodbye . Great atmosphere and amazing service all evening, canapes and cocktails made to suit all - thank you Gavin and staff.

The guys were absolutely amazing! There was 24 of us and the food was delicious and a generous portion size, drinks were always topped up, and the live music just topped it off - a beautiful singer and a guitarist! I can't recommend this place enough, everyone should visit! Thank you so much for making it an amazing afternoon.

My partner and I emailed The Refinery 2 weeks before our wedding after being let down at the last minute by a different venue. The staff at The Refinery responded immediately and with only 2 weeks, they planned a wedding for 100 people. The planning and preparation leading up to the wedding was made extremely easy and enjoyable by the staff. They are clearly experienced, knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. The day was exceptional, it went incredibly smoothly, the food and drinks were outstanding and the service from ALL staff was incredible. The venue looked stunning, it had been set up exactly as we had requested, with some extra special touches like hot water bottles and blankets by the door for the smokers outside (it was a January wedding) something we had not thought of. I cannot think of any mistakes, any complaints or any suggestions for improvement at all. Our wedding was better than we ever could have hoped for and this is down to everyone at The Refinery. All of the staff were very polite, lovely and brilliant at what they did. Everyone had a brilliant day and I cannot thank The Refinery enough or recommend them highly enough. We will definitely be going back for dinner and drinks in the future.

Our wedding reception was excellent. The staff were attentive and helpful and the food was lovely. It's a great venue off Euston Road.
