We got engaged in The Reading Room so staying in the hotel for our wedding night was the obvious choice. The hotel gave us a magical night we will remember forever. Allocated a Claridge’s suite on arrival I realised we were in heaven. Such attention to detail, perfect fittings and design - we even had Burberry raincoats to use while staying (very helpful in London weather). The most wonderful night in an amazing hotel - thank you Claridge’s 10 out of 10!
Our experience from start to finish was wonderful. It was made particularly special by the attentive and friendly service by every member of the hotel team that we came into contact with. It was just perfect.
It was our second visit and on this occasion for our wedding. The people at the hotel were amazing and there is an unassuming and relaxed approach adopted where you are made to feel at home. The suite was amazing and the attention to detail was such that it felt very personalised. It was a home from home. People make the difference with hotels at this level. Claridge's, in my view, has no rival. Special thank you to Antoine who helped make our wedding day that little bit more special - top guy.
Classic and elegant is an event in their ballroom which lived up to my expectations. Food was perfectly served (albeit small portions!), the room was stunning and the whole experience was understated class.
The decor is beautiful and very classy at Claridge's ballroom. The food was stunning and perfectly served. Service was excellent, the waiters were very attentive, professional and friendly.
It's definitely lived up to my expectations, highly recommended.
From meeting Aoife at reception to Peter in the bar. All staff very friendly polite and welcoming. Art Deco interior fantastic. Great hotel and fit for a 5star!
We had a great staff and a fantastic wedding.
Everything was fabulous. Incredible service, staff are approachable, friendly, knowledgable . Nothing is too much trouble. The room, which was an upgrade was fabulous, everything you need for a short break at your fingertips, and the bed was so comfortable as were the sheets and pillows. The breakfast is perfect and selection is wonderful.
We had the pleasure of holding our wedding at Claridge's in September and spent two nights in one of the hotel suites. From the moment we walked through the door opened by the charming door men and were escorted to our room, the staff were simply fabulous. The hotel is a beautiful eclectic mix of glamour, sparkle & impeccable service it feels like you've stepped back in time to a bygone era, Claridge's takes pride in its reputation & their attention to detail is second to none. It oozes sophistication without being flashy. The room we had was simply out of this world but even the regular bedrooms were sumptuous and not cramped at all. Our children were welcomed & fell in love with the hotel as much as we did. The food was delicious, the cocktails divine. My only complaint was we had to leave. A life long love affair has been established for us & we have become part of of the Claridge's family! I heard a saying new money screams, old money whispers and the latter is so true of Claridge's. Quietly luxurious, stunning & totally unique.
