Seating 1000, this “Palace of Glittering Gold” and Northern Cultural Centre provides the perfect setting for banquets, conferences, concerts and shows.

Owned and operated by Harrogate International Centre, the Royal Hall is the only surviving Kursaal in mainland UK.

Set against the heavenly backdrop of the lush Valley Gardens landscaping, The Sun Pavilion is a truly romantic wedding location.

With our full civil wedding licence, ceremonies of all faiths, civil partnership celebrations and receptions take on a magical feel underneath the Sun Pavilion’s dazzling stained glass domed roof.

Perfect for gatherings of up to 150 guests, the main hall opens directly into the garden area via a wisteria adorned colonnade and covered walkway. Overlooking the gardens’ traditional bandstand, this is a charming spot for outdoor receptions or welcome drinks.
