A beautiful venue. A little pricey if you want a summer's Friday / Saturday but we went for a Thursday and were very pleased with the price. All special requests (cocktails, e.t.c.) catered for.

It's a beautiful venue both inside and out but a wedding is more than just a venue and unfortunately the majority of the staff are poorly trained or much like the management just don't care. We had a wonderful wedding day and for the most part it was exactly as planned, however the meal we were served was totally different to the one we’d tasted prior. From there elements of the reception started to go awry thanks mainly to poor management and poorly trained staff. We’ve tried to address these issues with the general manager but he has had no interest in discussing any issues with us. The Elvetham is not a cheap venue, so based on that I would recommend either avoiding it or setting yourself very low expectations.
