As well as providing an unrivalled dining experience, Auberge du Lac hosts five private dining rooms which can seat from two to 30 guests, a lounge and an al fresco terrace with a charming lakeside setting. Exclusive use for up to 62 guests can be enjoyed by those wishing to entertain clients or celebrate a special occasion, providing an intimate dining experience with panoramic views of the rural estate. Auberge du Lac is also a popular venue for both civil ceremony weddings and wedding receptions, with a reputation for being one of the most interesting out-of-London restaurants.

Brocket Hall provides a vast number of beautiful function rooms and can host private dinners and parties for 12 to 150 guests.

For a grand occasion, the magnificent Ballroom can accommodate 150 guests for a sit down meal whereas for a more intimate evening the Library, with its exquisite Chippendale bookcases, can comfortably host 20 guests and provides panoramic views of the tranquil Broadwater lake.
